Founder and President - William Manos
Mr.
Manos' most significant North American experience was his role as Vice-President
and Business Unit Director for Océ Wide Format Printing Systems
(WFPS) in Canada. Mr. Manos had the responsibility of establishing
and developing the Océ organization to address the engineering
market in one of Océ's newest, and fastest growing operating
companies. Upon his departure, Océ Canada was
the eight largest in terms of revenue and the third most profitable
Océ WFPS operation in the world.
Prior to being assigned to
Canada, Mr. Manos was Vice President of Marketing for Océ-USA, based in Chicago. Previous assignments
for Océ included the International Director of Marketing based
in Paris, France and the National Sales Manager based in Mountain
View, California.
Upon his return to France and the founding of EURAM, Mr. Manos held
Vice-President positions with Xerox and KIP, both based in Paris.
Mr. Manos has over 20 years experience
in sales and marketing, with an engineering background. His experience
includes the development
of graphic simulation software for NASA used in the space shuttle
program and four years of teaching mathematics and computer science.
Bill is 51 years old, speaks French and has served on the Board of
Directors of the French Chamber of Commerce in Toronto and is the
founding coordinator for the Entrepreneur section of InterFrench in
Paris.
Product Management and Marketing - Claude Rutyna
Mr. Rutyna has an extensive background in Sales, Marketing, and
Product Management in the wide format document management market,
both technical and graphic arts. Mr. Rutyna started his high-tech
career as sales engineer with NCR and Datagraphix (a Lockeed Company)
and later moved to Xerox France where he organized the transition
of the sales team from Versatec to Xerox Engineering Systems.
As a
key member of the executive French management team, Mr. Rutyna was
responsible for sales, sales support, XEDMS and marketing activities.
He was also in charge of sales and marketing in Spain and had an
expatriate assignment as Marketing Manager for XES Canada. Mr. Rutyna
has in-depth knowledge of the wide format market. Mr. Rutyna is 50
years old, graduated from the Langues Orientales Institute, has a
master degree in Russian and fluently speaks French, English, Spanish,
Polish and Russian.
Commercial Sales Development - Joël
Boulesteix
Mr. Boulesteix's
most significant experience was as Océ France's
Business Unit Manager for Wide Format Printing Systems (WFPS). Mr.
Boulesteix had the responsibility to reorganize the Sales, Marketing
and Services teams in order to make WFPS profitable in 2002. Océ France
surpassed this goal in a difficult economical climate and was the third
most profitable operation at the end of 2002.
Prior to Océ France, Mr. Boulesteix was Marketing Director
and Service Director for Océ Graphics. Before that period he
spent nine years in the semiconductor sector as an international sales
manager in Western Europe and Scandanavia. Mr. Boulesteix started his
high-technology career with Bull, is 53 years old, with an engineering
degree from ENSEA Paris and a masters from IAE Paris.
Commercial Sales Development - Pierre
David
Mr. David has an extensive background in Reprographics. His most significant
experience was at Océ France, first as Sales Representative
in the office copier division, then as a Sales manager for 9 years.
This experience was followed by a Reprographics Manager position.
After leaving Océ, Mr. David held several positions as a consultant
to the Reprographics industry.
Commercial Sales Development - Bernd
H. Blank
Mr. Blank posses over 12 twelve years experience in sales and marketing
of hardware and software solutions in the field of wide format document
management systems with Xerox Engineering Systems. Before his leave
in 2002, he was four years Marketing Manager for the Central European
Region (Germany, Switzerland and Austria). ln this position he was
in charge of any kind of marketing activities like product marketing,
marketing communication, market research, sales support, sales training
and so forth.
ln several sales positions he was responsible for the
development of selected key accounts and the area business both direct
and through
partners (Dealers, VAR, OEM) and achieved excellent results.
Prior to
this Mr. Blank was Consultant for R&D on behalf of the
German Ministry of Research and Development and managed successfully
Engineering Projects that resulted in new practicable products and
methods.
His career started with Philipp Holzmann in Frankfurt where
he planned infrastructure projects and had assignments in Saudi-Arabia
and Nigeria.
He is 54 years old, has master degrees in Engineering and Economics
and speaks German and English fluently.
Software Development and Support - Torsten
Engelke
Mr. Engelke has over 15 years experience as an
expert in Information Technology. His specific expertise is in software
development, plotting
and document management systems, data formats, connectivity and networks.
Mr. Engelke was an analyst for Xerox Engineering Systems GmbH for
13 years. He also was the webmaster and trainer for all internal and
external
support engineers and sales professionals for Xerox's range of engineering
solutions.
Mr. Engelke attended the Institute of Telecommunications at Universty
Hannover / Germany, is 43 years old, has a master degree in electrical
engineering and speaks German and English.
